Complete the short form below. The Clerk will confirm your qualification, help trace your Burgess line where needed, arrange a proposer, and send the right papers — all by email if you prefer.

Useful to Have Ready

Your full name, address and date of birth
Your parent's and grandparent's names, and their Burgess details if known (the Clerk can verify against the Rolls from 1573)
Your own Burgess Ticket, if you hold one — if not, one can be arranged with your application
For spouses: your husband's or wife's qualifying details
